I just got migrated to the new sheet and noticed that this caused an issue with one of my homebrew feats, which implements the Ranger's UA class variant "Primal Awareness". The feat adds access to a select few spells, at specific levels according to the Ranger spellcaster progression.
The level divisor for spell level restriction in the homebrew feat creator doesn't seem to do anything anymore: spells show up on the sheet regardless of the number of I specify. All was working correctly prior to the update, so likely a bug somewhere!
Hello strangelestrange, I believe the intended function of Level Divisor is for features that allow you to select spells to learn. If the spell is available at a certain level you can use the "Available at Character Level" option, which will unlock the spell when the character reaches the noted level. If you use that field, does your feat work as intended? Let me know. :)

Feat (private, but hopefully accessible to the dev team?): https://www.dndbeyond.com/feats/265708-primal-awareness
Noticed that similar issues for homebrew subclasses now seems to be fixed, but the above issue with feats seems to still persist.
I seem to notice more mentions of it with stuff that mimics the CFV UA.

Thank you for checking this out, Mellie. Is that option available only for homebrew race/subclasses? I cannot seem to find it on the feat editor:
