Artificer Infusions aren't getting their class level bonus for level 10+

I'm trying to infuse items as a level 12 artificer, but Enhanced Defense and Enhanced Arcane Focus are just adding a +1 instead of the +2.

Try unlearning the infusion and relearning it.
