So I know this probably belongs in the Inventory Updates Forum, but neither the forum or external link seem to be open at the moment so this was the next place I thought to post. Apologies if there's another, more appropriate place, and as always, I respect how much work the Dev team puts into every feature they release.
Now, onto the issue I want to address.
I'm currently DMing a largely homebrew campaign with my family and we're using D&DBeyond for characters, combat tracking and basically everything else I can make it work for. I own most if not all the Sourcebooks, or at least a large smattering of content from any I don't currently own. And while running our last session, we came across a problem where certain items from some sourcebooks(specifically FToD) were not searchable/accessible through the Inventory system. Others slip my mind at the moment, but one in particular that even I the DM could not bring up was the Topaz Annihilator.
We encountered this issue both in the mobile app and the desktop browser platforms, so it's not an isolated bug. However, we do live in a region with unreliable internet, so that may have been a factor.
Dragonhide Belt. You can equip this magic item to your character, but it does not currently modify the saving throw DCs for monk features automatically.
Gold Canary Figurine of Wondrous Power. The giant canary monster listing has been created to go with this magic item.
Platinum Scarf. This magic item has 3 separate and distinct effects. For the Platinum Shield, we recommend adding a standard +1 shield to your character’s inventory, with a note that it’s from the scarf. For the Radiant Hammer, we recommend adding a custom action to your character sheet (see image below as an example of how to do this).
Ruby Weave Gem. Unfortunately it is not currently possible to add the functionality of this item (temporarily learn a new spell from any class list). We plan to support this in the future.
Topaz Annihilator. This item is not currently available to add to character sheets. For now, we recommend adding a custom action to the character sheet, as above for the Platinum Scarf. We have plans for better integrating mundane weapons and magic items, which will allow this to be built.

The Topaz Annihilator seems to have not been turned into a magic item. It doesn't show in magicitem listing and the book doesn't link to it either.
They haven’t figured out how to implement the Topaz Annihilator yet:
