When i make a weapon, with a +2 enchantment, it adds the modifier to ALL of weapons (unarmed strikes etc.). Is this a common problem? or am i doing something wrong?
Hunh. That is odd. I can't replicate it. Would you please post a link to your homebrew and to an affected character? I won't be able to see it, because I'm not a moderator. But a mod will likely be along to take a look.
I noticed some recent bug reports of +X weapons either stacking their bonuses or all of them just using the highes bonus whenever 2 or more were equipped to the same character. Not for everyone mind, just some users for whatever reason, maybe a particular browser extension or something, I never learned why. I thought that particular Code Devil had been banished, but maybe it wasn’t.

You are probably using the wrong kind of modifier. Try copying an existing +2 weapon and see what modifiers it uses.
