I created a homebrew Warlock Patron lightly inspired by the video game "Control" to go with a homebrew Eldritch Detective class I created but it won't let me upload it to the community.
This Subclass cannot be shared with the community for the following reasons:
Management is currently too similar to Circle of Spores to share with the community.
This homebrew Subclass does not have the necessary class features with the correct required levels.
Tbh I'm mostly just confused about Circle of Spores, I checked and there's basically no overlap between the two. Am I missing something or is this a bug? I'd also super appreciate feedback on what went wrong with the class features. I tried to balance the abilities to be overall in line with the other patrons and I'm pretty sure it lines up in terms of getting features at the correct levels. If, in the process of figuring out what went wrong anybody would like to give me feedback on the balance of the features themselves I'd be very open to that too. I'm pretty new to DnD so if it's not a bug and I screwed something up making the class I'd like to know. Thanks for the help in advance! DnD is keeping me sane through all this craziness and this community is awesome.
Management
Management is a Kafkaesque bureaucracy who's internal structure more closely resembles the infinity effect of two mirrors facing each other than any rational, mortal organization. Management maintains a presence on all planes of existence, though for what purpose is unclear as Management rarely intervenes in material affairs. It's field offices are well hidden and can be located within twisting alleyways, past the door in the back of the bar you only ever see out of the corner of your eye, and behind you.
Occasionally, Management will take an interest in mortal affairs for their own, unknowable reasons. Sometimes they will allow a representative from headquarters to requisition a material form and investigate in person. Other times they will recruit a representative from the material plane, with payment coming in the form of power given in exchange for information. It's unclear what draws managements attention to certain events. What is clear, whether they are the underlying cause or merely a response, wherever the representatives of management go the laws of the universe have shattered and madness will follow.
Unlike their colleagues, Management Warlocks use intelligence rather than charisma to cast spells and refer to Eldritch Blast as their "Service Weapon".
Unworldly Mind
Management is a constant, silent presence in your mind. There is no moment when you are not reporting back to them. As such, you do not communicate through verbal language. Instead, you communicate telepathically, dictating your actions back to the ever listening management in the form of hardboiled voiceover narration. The minds of beings unused to contact with the unknowable will subconsciously protect their own sanity by perceiving you as having spoken normally. Prolonged communication will make them increasingly uncomfortable and they will eagerly answer your questions in order to end the interaction more quickly.
For Example:
Tavern Keeper: "Can I get you something to drink?"
You: "The lights were low and I could see a single bead of sweat hovering above the barkeeps pudgy lip. The thought of drinking material liquid disgusted me but I could feel this mortal forms thirst and there were more important things at stake than my discomfort. I ordered an ale and leaned back in my chair."
Tavern Keeper: "One ale coming up sir!"
Orphic Interrogation
At 6th level you gain the ability to compel material beings to answer your questions. You can cast Zone of Truth once per long rest without expending a warlock spell slot. Creatures affected have disadvantage on their saving throws.
Requisition Arcane Support
Management has allowed you to requisition additional destructive power to protect you as you continue your investigation. You can now cast the disintegrate spell once per long rest.
Summon Field Office
Management has entrusted with command of a field office. You gain the ability to cast Mordenkainen’s Magnificent Mansion once per long rest.

The homebrewer only checks stuff like that when the whole subclass is saved. Re-save the entire subclass and see if that works.
