Character creation issues

I have downloaded the Eberron content that should grant access to the Warforged race in character creation but it's not showing up as an option?

Do you have the Eberron content slider turned on/red/right in your character preferences?

You said you “downloaded” the content. Do you mean to the app? Did you purchase the content or is it being shared with you? If it is being shared, is that character in the campaign in which the content is being shared?
