When you choose this tradition at 3rd level, you gain proficiency in the Performance skill if you don’t already have it. Your martial arts technique mixes combat training with the precision of a dancer and the antics of a jester. You also gain proficiency with brewer’s supplies if you don’t already have it.
It still says that the character is proficient though in the character sheet.
Its more about the cosmetics and also, if this is a small bug now it might become more of a problem later. A system malfunction is a system malfunction no matter how small. As someone who works with similar things I would want to know even when it seems insignificant, might be a symptom of something bigger. Just want to be helpful 😁
But I still don't understand. You said it's supposed to grant you proficiency in Performance and Brewer's Supplies. And you said it did give you both of those proficiencies. What's the bug?!?
Yea - it gives the proficiency if you don't already have it. So either you don't already have proficiency - in which case it gives it to you - or you do already have it - and it does nothing.
You say you have the proficiency so it's working as intended...? Right? So what exactly is the issue - specifically?
Ah, so when i posted this, it was with the tags around it that (now) makes it a link. Where as for me the text read [item] around the text. I tried to link a screenshot but that didnt work. So it was a piece of code around the "brewers supply". There for it didnt convert to that link within the character creation process but it seems to have done so here.

Oh that. Yeah tooltips are disabled on character sheets because they were causing problems. They plan to get them working in a future version. It is a strictly cosmetic issue that is known.

I don’t understand. It grants you two proficiencies. Your character got those proficiencies? What is the problem?
