One of the players in my game is a fighter that has a 16 dexterity (+3 Dex bonus) and is wearing a chain shirt (AC 13, up to +2 Dex). That should be an AC of 15, and it is displaying as 14.
There might be something else. Been a while since I played, but I can't see anything in the section on armor that would apply. I appreciate your assistance.

Please can you provide a link to the character sheet?
The chain shirt is configured correctly, so there's probably something else affecting the AC.

If you click on the Armor Class box, it shows you a breakdown of how the AC is calculated.
There is also a link there to customise, so you can make changes manually if needed.
On clicking that, I can see that a manual override has been entered on this character to set their AC at 14.
