Initiative bonus based on dice roll for homebrew item?

Trying to make a homebrew item that gives a bonus to initiative equal to an extra 1d6. Using these settings don't give an error or anything but nor does it add the bonus when rolling initiative.

The bonus will have to be rolled separate. The dice roller feature is still pretty new and doesn’t combine rolls like that yet.
