I added another author's home-brew race into my home-brew collection; but it isn't made available in the character creator. Yes, I have home-brew content enabled/toggled in the creator. I also reached out to the author who was gracious enough to respond and in the response implied that the race should work in character creator when I enable home-brew material. Any advice or a moderator available to check to see if there's an issue? I have added a spell and a built a subclass, and those seem to work fine.

No kidding, try logging out and back in. If that doesn’t work, it might just take a little time. Once it took overnight to push all of the new content to the character sheet.
Thank you. Unfortunately, yeah, I'm on the forum as a last resort having exhausted options. It's been I think a couple of weeks since I grabbed the home-brew. I did try the logout, and login. Logout, clear cache, login. I've seen this come up in threads before so followed the steps.
My only sticking point is I'm typing on a Mac and using Safari, which are both "new" to me. I'm not about to switch computing platforms completely, but I could change browsers if there's some sort of functionality gap, though since the race is in my collection and all, I don't see how it could be a browser bug.

Hello MidnightPlat. Could you please provide a link to the homebrew in question, and a link to the character you're trying to use that homebrew with? Feel free to PM me with the links if you prefer.
I'm relatively new to 5e and shared home-brew and digital tools for table top gaming, but I imagine this may be a bit of a reach in terms of home-brew capacity in DND Beyond because of the four sub races, etc. so was surprised to find it already written up in the home-brew community library.
Since this bug is occurring at race selection, there isn't much of a character but here's how I started:
Thank you! The homebrew race you have linked here does not actually have any subraces implemented, the information provided there is provided in text only, which is what would cause this issue.

It seems to be a bug across all browsers so it must be on DDB’s end. Sorry I couldn’t be more help.

Thanks Mellie, guess I'll give it a go and see if I can make it work myself.
