But I have the source book for the new Eberron and I haven't checked all of them, but one in particular, Spellshard does not appear when trying to add it into your character sheet via equipment tab. I have a NPC that uses it, and I keep typing in spellshard and it doesn't show up. Not sure if this is a bug or perhaps I am doing something wrong.

Do you have “Eberron Content” enabled for the character? In the character builder on the “home” tab, the switch next to “Eberron Content” should be red. If it is, go to “my account” and check that your entitlements are synched. If they are, try typing in Spellshard just like you did, but then slowly backspace and see if it mysteriously appears.

Yes, all my characters/players have all of the available content enabled. Any other ideas? I also tried the typing it as you describe it doesn't show up. I have the Source book so it should show up. 

Apparently there is some glitch with Eberron magic items starting with the letter S. Someone else can’t find Shiftweave

Oh great well thanks! At least I know it's not me. I hope they fix that soon! I don't want to have to Homebrew a item I already have through books I bought. 

Try going to “my account” and re-synching your entitlements. Then try logging out and back in again. Honestly one of those might clear it up. It might not, but it’s worth a try.

I don't see a option to re-synch anything, from other posts ive googled i think one of the dnd beyond officials have to do it for you? unless they changed it. 

Hello! There has been a change that allows users to re-sync their entitlements. You can find it under My Account -> Marketplace (or by clicking here). 

If that page says that your entitlements are in-sync, and you have Eberron content turned on (slider to the right) for your character, but the issue persists: Please reach out to our Support team.
