I made one account a while back when I first heard about this site, then another when it fully released since I forgot about the first one. However, I cannot access this new account on my phone. Every time I attempt to log out, it automatically logs me back into the old account. I need to get into the new account because that's the one I bought a player's handbook with and have all my characters on.

the login on the D&D Beyond site is based on Twitch authentication, so you need to head to www.twitch.tv to change your account that you are logged in with.
I'm logged into the correct account on both mobile and desktop. I can't even get a log in screen where I can manually input my username and password. It just automatically logs me in as this account. I looked for a way to delete the account but I can't find a way.

Try going to twitch on your mobile and logging out at twitch, or if logged out at twitch, login with the new user id you want to use.
