I have an 11th level Kensei.
I would like to add a custom action for when I use the combination of the Sharpen the Blade and Deft Strike abilities.
Normally I have +10 to hit, and 1d8+8 damage. This is what shows by default.
I want a custom action that gives me +13 to hit, and 2d8+11 damage.
If I create a custom action, I can get +10 to hit and 2d8+11 damage, but I have no ability to change the to hit bonus.
If I create a custom weapon, I can get +13 to hit, and 1d8+11 damage, but I have no ability to add an extra die of damage.
Is this:
If #3 is the case, please correct my ignorance.

Make a homebrew feat and add the action to it, it should work fine, just remember to check off “display as attack,” “is proficient,” and “affected by Martial Arts.”
