Hi there, I think this is a bug or simple omission, the Musket (Exandria) from Critical Role content doesn’t have Ammunition (firearms) in the ‘Property’ line like the base Musket does, meaning I can’t put my repeating infusion on it as an artificer.

 That is neither a bug nor an omission. It is RAW.

Ok cool, my mistake. Is there any reason it differs from the base musket? It has the Ammunition property written in the actual text of the weapon, just not the ‘properties’ line.

It’s a different ammunition with different mechanics.

D&D Firearm Ammunition:

Ammunition. The ammunition of a firearm is destroyed upon use. Renaissance and modern firearms use bullets. Futuristic firearms are powered by a special type of ammunition called energy cells. An energy cell contains enough power for all the shots its firearm can make.

Exandria Firearm Ammunition: 

Ammunition
All firearms require ammunition to make an attack, and due to their rare nature, ammunition may be near impossible to find or purchase. However, if materials are gathered, you can craft ammunition yourself using your Tinker’s Tools at half the cost. Each firearm uses its own unique ammunition and is generally sold or crafted in batches listed below next to the price.
