I edited the wording on some of the abilities, and did not actually change anything based on level progression at all. What gives?

(This is for my Templar subclass.)

If it is a Fighter - it seems Fighters require a feature at level 5 to be able to be published as well as their normal levels. I don't know why.

 It did not used to be this way as far as I can recall. Are there any Fighter Subclasses that get something at 5th level?

None that I can see beyond abilities that also improve at later levels - specifically also at level 11 which isn't needed to allow it to be published.

At a guess it's either a mistake or it could be to do with an upcoming future subclass that hasn't been revealed yet?

I wondered if it might be something to do with the Class Feature Variants - but all the Fighter's variants are level 1. So I don't think it's that.

Well, I’m still tweaking the thing. It still has months of playtesting and editing before it’s ready to be published. Hopefully they’ll have it sorted by then.

 This is one of the reasons I encourage people to not publish for a while (at least a couple of months) to make sure that all of these edits are done first. Editing after publication sucks. Fingers crossed for you.

Would be nice to get an official word on why Fighter needs a level 5 ability to publish when they shouldn't.
