I am having issues where if I customise and existing item i.e. a gem stone, perfume, etc...either its name, notes, or cost override; the customisation only lasts for one session. The one I create them in. I come into my character next session to find everything has re-set. 

Is anyone else having these issues? Is there somthing I am doing wrong? 

You are doing nothing wrong. It’s a glitch between the stuff that caches in your browser and the stuff that caches in the system. Log out, log back in, wait 20 minutes, and then try it again. That will force the system cache to refresh and dump the old info.

Thank you. I'm not sure I fully understand, because it is the logging out, then logging back in which causes the info to revert back to normal? 

Some of the stuff for the character sheet gets cached in your browser and some stuff gets cached in the server. It sounds like those two cashes are storing conflicting info.

Whenever you log out and back in it triggers thy system to clear its cache and pick up the latest changes. sometimes that can take a little time. Logging out and back in once should fix any caching issues in the system. So if you change it again, the new changes should stick. If they are not, you might need to log out, clear your browser cache, wait 20 minutes and then log back in. That should eliminate any potential issues.

Let me ask you, what browser are you using and are you running any extensions? Sometimes browser extensions make the system not behave properly.

So do I. Last time I had this issue I logged out and back in and it solved the problem. If it does not for you, then log out, clear your browser cache, wait 20 minutes and then log back in and see if your problem persists.
