Back on 6/9/20 I purchased the mythic Odysseus of theros book on the d&d beyond app. It shows on my bank account and on googlepay that it was charged and purchased. But on my account and on the app it still asks me to purchase the book to unlock the content. I sent a ticket in about missing content but it's been over 20 days and I haven't seen any sort or reply. Just wondering if I should just sit tight with the times we are in. Or if there's something else I should be doing or just buy the book again and be out the money. Any kind of advice would be helpful thanks.

Try going to “my account”—>”marketplace” and see if it gives you an option to resync the book. If not, then Customer Support is your only recourse. 20 days is a looong time though.

Thanks for the advice, I'm am not seeing a resync opinion just states its already in sync and to contact support for missing content. Guess ill wait it out a little longer and if nothing happens ill just rebuy the book if it comes to it.
