I (dm) have several sourcebooks and am content sharing with the campaign. A player (hero tier, PHB, MM) is trying to make an Eldritch Knight but only has the option to make a champion. They should have several options to choose from with the content sharing. Is there something we are doing wrong here?

Are they in that campaign and does anyone have a Master Tier subscription? Master Tier is required for content sharing and it only works for characters specifically in that campaign.

Yes I have master tier for content sharing. But it is also a standard archetype choice for fighters in the PHB which we both have.

The subscription does not unlock any content whatsoever. Only the purchased do. Those subclasses do appear in the PHB, so if anyone in the campus has purchased it and anyone in the campaign has a Master Tier and has enabled Content Sharing, then everyone in the campaign should be able to access everything in the PHB.

Things to check:

• The “Full Version” of the PHB was purchased and not just the “Compendium Only” version.
• That the PHB is currently Synced.
            (Both of those can be done here.)

Additional troubleshooting things to try:

1. That the subscription you are using to share content didn’t expire.
2. Try turning content sharing off and on again.
3. Have the affected user log out, log back in, wait 20 minutes, and then try again.
   (That would clear up any system caching issues.)
