I was putting together a 1st level Sorcerer today and, despite having access to 90% of the Sources, and turning on every option in the Character Builder, I couldn't get it to allow anything but Dragon Ancestor as the character's Sorcerous Origin.

I was hoping to put in Storm Sorcery.

What am I missing?

If your access comes from content sharing then you have to make the character in that specific campaign.

If you purchased the books here yourself, click this link and see if you need to resync your purchases.

If it doesn’t give you an option to resync then that’s not the problem. At that point try logging out, logging back in, waiting 20 minutes for everything to reset, and then trying it again.
