Post a link to your character so someone can take a look. With the information you have provided the answer could be anything from Not being an Artificer to already having max spells prepared to it’s not your character.
Looks like your character is set to private. The mods will be able see it, but for IAmSposta or I to help you, you will either need to set it to public or also post a share link. (I’m hoping a share link will work for private characters, I’m not sure)
It was already set to public when I sent you the link. Here's the link again...hopefully it will work. By the way, the same problem just occurred when I tried to make a single-classed artificer.
Hunh. I still get a 403 error. Hopefully a moderator can see it. Do you have “non-core” sources turned on for the character? If so, and if you don’t need it, try turning it off. I’ve seen another report of weird spell problems where the user tracked it down to that.
Their link is to the character builder. If you edit it to remove that part, you can see the sheet.
I see one prepared Artificer spell, so it's not totally preventing you from preparing Artificer spells. Can you explain more about how it's not letting you prepare them?
It's not listing them as prepared on the part of the character sheet where you click the buttons that allow you to prepare spells. It also doesn't prevent me from preparing more spells than I'm allowed to prepare.
pocketmouse's observation let me see your sheet. I do see some artificer spells there, but I take it you can't unprepare them and prepare new ones?
You didn't answer my questions about "non core" sources. From a brief look at your sheet, you don't seem to need that turned on. What happens if you turn if off? (or is it turned off already?)
Have you tried logging out, waiting 15 minutes, and then logging back in?
Do you use any browser extensions? some extensions can cause unexpected side affects with DDB
Something's very wrong once again. It's not letting me prepare any Artificer spells.

It also doesn't let me unlearn spells if I'm something like a sorcerer or a bard.
