Homebrew monster has Legendary and Mythic actions despite those options not being checked during creation.

I created a homebrew monster called the Kank and for some reason its displaying Legendary and Mythic actions but those options are not checked in the creator.

I clicked edit to see again and those boxes are still unchecked.
