I'm going to be running the Humblewood campaign and to save time and effort, I bought a subscription so I could add public homebrew items to my collection which would be shared with my players. I added all of the Humblewood races and asked my players to check if they can see them in the character builder. They can see some of them but only the races that have no subraces. I can see all of the races/subraces though if I use the character builder. I can also see all of the races and subraces in my collection. Why do my players not see any races with subraces?
Heya! Have you checked to make sure that the content you want to share is set to sharing in your settings? For me, they share properly when I select that setting, but it does take a little while for them to appear, ~10 minutes or so.

When we homebrew a race with subraces the main race is not visible since it is not available as a choice. Only the subraces appear as available, but they do not group together like the official races do. Itâs a drag, everyone is aware how annoying it is, but they havenât finished upgrading things to make it work properly yet. In the meantime, if you name all of the subraces as â[Race], [Subrace]â then they will at least group together alphabetically.
It actually started working a couple weeks ago. From what I can gather, they were upgrading the homebrew system at the time and it broke any races that had subraces. So everything is fine now. :)
