Sounds like a possible caching issue. Try logging out and back in to trigger the server to refresh its cache and then wait 20 minutes for the character sheet to catch up and try it again. If that doesn’t work then post a link to your homebrew, even if it’s unpublished a Mod can look at it for you.
I made a home brew feat to add the extra spells given to my character by the DM and I have to keep going to manage feat every time the page refreshes.
