I'm currently trying to make a item for a friend, I'm putting 3 spells onto the ring and 1-2 of the spells have come up as at will when I have set them to all have charges in the ring.
Can someone please help it's been hours and I don't know what I'm doing wrong.

You have to indicate how many charges the spell will cost. Also, Cantrips always come up as at will.
