I’m taking a look at fighter subclasses when I’m making a character and I’ll have the Critical Role materials enabled but Echo Knight is missing.  I see gunslinger so I know I can see the CR content and I have purchased the content, I’ve also tried enabling every thing under content and still nothing.  Any ideas?

You purchased the “Full Version” of the Explorer’s Guide to Wildmount, correct? Then go here and make sure your entitlements are synced.

If it offers you a chance to re-sync your entitlements then do that. You will also be able to confirm there if you purchased the “full version” with the bells and whistles for the character creator, or just the “compendium only” version which is just the book to read.

Thanks for the tip, I checked and it doesn't give me the option to resync but instead says "Your entitlements data is in sync! You should have nothing to worry about...".  I have the full version as well.  I've emailed the support line so I guess I will wait and see what's up.

Turn off all of the sources for the character sheet, and then just flip CR Content back on.

If that doesn’t work, log out and back in. That will trigger the server to clear its cache. Then wait 20 minutes for everything to catch up and try it again.

Clearing the cache seemed to take care of it.
