On some of my character builds, the proficiency bonus are not adding up correctly. In the below build, he should have a +4 bonus, but it's only showing +2. I've had this issue intermittently on builds.
On that character, you had the levelling method in options set to XP rather than milestone, yet had 0 XP set.
The character sheet therefore invalidated the levels that you'd added - this is why you had those big warning exclamation marks on the class screen of the character builder, along with the red circle.
The system is doing that itself then randomly, because all my characters are set to XP vs Milestone.
Do all your characters have 0 XP regardless of level? If so, that’s the problem. If you can post a character that has the right amount of XP for their level, but shows the wrong proficiency bonus, that would be helpful in tracking down what is going on.
It looks like the system is intermittently not inputting the minimum xp per level. I couldn't figure out what the error was with the red leveling flag until the mod pointed out that the XP was at zero. That's the system doing that on it's own, but at least I can manually change that now that I know what to look for.
