I bought the 2014 DM guide and with it came the oathbreaker, ive tried logging in and out, reloading the page and creating whole new characters for it but the subclass does not show up

How long ago did you purchase the DMG?

Did you purchase from the website or through the app?

Are you attempting to use the character builder in the app or on the site?

Is your character 3rd level?

Are your Account Entitlements in sync: (https://www.dndbeyond.com/account/licenses)?
