I cannot access Horde of the dragon queen and it isn't showing up that I bought it, even though I have bank receipts I did and I've been using it for a year (minus a few weeks). I even have screen shots from earlier today with the module open but when I tried to make an encounter with linan swift it said I needed to view it in the market for purchase and now I can't access the adventure at all. Please help.
I don't know how to do pictures on here if there is a way but I do have pictures of my bank statement with the purchase.
To add some more information as I was looking through some of the fixes on here, my account is synced, and it isn't showing on my market place receipt despise My bank receipt showing the purchase on that day.
In addition to what Farling stated (checking to make sure you're signed in and using the correct account), if you're still not able to find that content, I would recommend reaching out to our support team.

Was it purchased on a different account?
