so all of my melee ATK seem to have a base of +15 to hit when it should be 8 and it has being this way for going on 3 weeks

The few times I've seen this reported it's been a Fighting Style being applied too many times. If it is that then in the builder change the fighting style to the top option which is something like 'choose an option' and keep doing it until it sticks. Then choose the correct fighting style again once.

If it's not that it could be any number of things. Badly made homebrew - a customisation put on the weapon - and override on a stat - etc.. As IamSposta said - we'd need a link to the character to really know what it is.

 Almost everything on that thing is homebrewed. Take them all off one at a time until you see what does it and I can help you reprogram it.

tried that even created a new one and it was still off

got it figured out it was an item that some one else mad for our campaign

missed it my first time trying
