I cannot access the dungeon master's guide even after i have purchased the content. I need help!! I spent $30 on this book and i need to use it!! I purchased it from the app on my iphone (like i did with the sword coast adventurer's guide) and I try to re-purchase it and it tells me i have already bought it and will get it for free, but it sends me to a loading screen and I can't access it.
You have two different accounts registered with the same email address. I expect that you have your browser logged into a different account to your phone.
I do not have two different accounts. I signed into my twitch/D&D beyond account (Not my Gmail) that was originally on my computer, on my phone. I specifically set it up like this so I could pay with my Apple ID. I have already bought the sword coast Adventurer’s guide and later in the day, went on my chromebook, and I edited one of my characters as a bladesinger ( an arcane tradition only available if you purchase the sword coast adventurer’s guide). So I know this is not the case

ive been having a similar issue with an Apple ID being used to purchase however being unable to access my content despite them being linked.
am I able to check what the solution was to resolve this?
I’d suggest youcheck with support. Chances are you inadvertently have two accounts, as the OP did.
