I understand that the school of Evocation was the only free option. So I subbed to the hero tier, which was advertised to me as the optimal sub tier for players. I see that it allows me access to unlimited characters, but I'm still unable to choose from any other schools.

I understand that the school of Evocation was the only free option. So I subbed to the hero tier, which was advertised to me as the optimal sub tier for players. I see that it allows me access to unlimited characters, but I'm still unable to choose from any other schools.
What am I missing?
The subscriptions (Hero and Master) do NOT give access to any non-free content. That access needs a one-time purchase from the Marketplace.

ModeratorThe subscriptions specifically list what they provide and content is not one of them. You have to buy the content like you would at a local game shop.
