Is there an issue with the critical rolls for Half-Orcs? 

For example if I right click and select Critical Damage roll then for my great axe it rolls 2x D12. A Half-Orc however should roll an additional dice as Part of Savage attack (See below) and then there should be additional dice as part of Barbarian as part of Brutal Critical lvl 9,13. However none of those rules are taken into consideration on critical rolls for damage.

Savage Attacks. When you score a critical hit with a melee weapon attack, you can roll one of the weapon’s damage dice one additional time and add it to the extra damage of the critical hit.

Brutal Critical

Beginning at 9th level, you can roll one additional weapon damage die when determining the extra damage for a critical hit with a melee attack.

That’s because the dice roller is still in testing phase and can’t do stuff like that yet. Always double check your rolls and apply all appropriate bonuses. (Rage doesn’t get automatically added in either for example.)
