For some reason the dueling fighting style is giving a +12 to the one handed battleaxe attack instead of +6. Anyone else having a bug like this?

It is a known glitch. Go to the character builder and unselect that fighting style by scrolling to the topmost choice with the “—“, you will likely have to do that several times until it “sticks,” then reselect the fighting style.
