I've noticed that when you go to a class page, like Cleric, you can't see all the domains in the index list on the left. They are there, but when you can't see them in the list even if you actually scroll all the way down the page to the listing itself, which sort of makes it useless to have in the index.
On the Cleric page, for example, you can't see Twilight or War domains on the index list.

War is in the PHB, Twilight is in Tasha’s you can only see whatever is unlocked for you. That includes all of the free content and whichever non-free content you have purchased, or that folks are sharing with you. Anything still locked will not appear.
I don't think you processed his comment correctly. If you click "Game Rules" on the header and then hit "Cleric" under the "Classes" category you will see a truncated list of all the subclasses for cleric. This left most list will never show War Cleric at the default zoom.
Btw the quick fix is to zoom out with ctrl+mousewheel.
