The magic item Armblade is on p276 of the Eberron Rising from the Last War book, but not available for purchase in the Eberron Rising from the Last War source page.
I can see the Armblade in the Wayfarer's Guide to Eberron, but cannot purchase it individually or as part of ERFTLW.
More specifically, I've individually purchased the Warforged race and have a discount against ERFTLW. Is it possible to purchase Armblade individually from WGTE and for it count as a discount for ERFTLW as well?
Unfortunately not - because some content appears in multiple books, we've had to define that they canonically "belong" to the sourcebook where they first appear, so we don't get odd situations like owning the Elf race giving you a discount on every book where an elf subrace appears.
I can confirm however that purchasing the Eberron: Rising from the Last War sourcebook will grant all of the content that is contained within that sourcebook, even if it was previously published in another sourcebook.

Hi, sorry to piggyback someone else's thread; I have purchased E:RftLW sourcebook but cannot see Armblade or Wand Sheath as options to add to my Warforged Bard.

D&D Beyond FoundersAs standard, D&D Beyond shows content for individual purchase only against the source where that content first appeared.
In this case, Wayfinder's Guide to Eberron.

As always, any content that received errata or was otherwise updated in newer content, has been fully updated to be correct.
In short - it's the same item in both books. 🙂

Have you enabled Eberron content?
