I can't remove items from my inventory without getting an error code and the items returning.

Basically what the title says. Specifically I can't remove light crossbows or healing potions.

The error code is 340613c8dd204adc817cd2df225d402d

I don't know how related this is, but I also can't remove spells without them returning and I don't get any error messages.
