I was looking to make an artificer for an upcoming campaign but for some reason despite the fact that I own the class and have used it in the past, it doesn't show up on the class list in the character builder. I've got all sources enabled. Is anyone else having this problem? Does it have something to do with the artificer content in Tasha's Cauldron of Everything that hasn't come out yet?

 A couple things:

Go here and make sure of two things: https://www.dndbeyond.com/account/marketplace

1. Are your entitlements synced? If it offers you an opportunity to resync your entitlements, do that. If it does not, then that’s not the issue.
2. Is it showing that you own either the Eberron book, or at least one of the three Artificer subclasses from that book? If not, are you sure you purchased it here, or was someone else sharing their content with you? If you purchased it and that purchase is not recognized, contact customer support. If it turns out you had that content shared to you instead, all you need do is purchase any one of the three Artificer subclasses from Eberron: Rising and you’re good to go.

When you said that “[you’ve] got all sources enabled,” are the little toggles grey (to the left) or red (to the right)? Red is on , grey is off.
