I was trying to add the Armor of Agathys spell to an item I was creating and it did not show up in the spell list when i went to add it.
That’s probably because that spell is not free content. In order to add that spell to a homebrew, you must first unlock it by either purchasing the PHB in which it was published, or at least that spell as an a la crate purchase.
