All the content I have purchased has disappeared from my account. After two tickets and multiple attempts to get this resolved, I have yet to even receive an acknowledgement from customer service. At this point, if no one is gonna help me out on this, I'm just going to dispute both charges and get my money back. This is ridiculous after 10 days of trying to get this resolved.
I ask because your listed Join Date is 2/26/2023. If you've been around longer than that, then in the past month you may have accidentally logged in via a different method than you used originally (like Twitch instead of Google), effectively creating a new account without the purchases you'd made previously.

That just isn't possible. I logged in with Google, and the purchase confirmations came to my gmail account. I don't have a Twitch nor Apple account to even log in with.
I'm new here so I made an account with wizards after the fact to make tickets, but never had one prior. I checked other gmail accounts that I have and the licenses are not on there either.
It just seems to have vanished. I had access to it for like 4-5 days but then it all disappeared when I tried to make another character a few days ago.
See whether they're synced, and press the button if they aren't, then see if you regain access. You can also scroll down that page to check your current product licenses and see if anything seems off.
