the psionic spells feature states, that:

Whenever you gain a sorcerer level, you can replace one spell you gained from this feature with another spell of the same level. The new spell must be a divination or an enchantment spell from the sorcerer, warlock, or wizard spell list.

The clockwork magic feature is similar.

On DnDBeyond so far, I can not swap these spells out. Will that be added later, or am I missing a button somewhere?

You can’t fix it if it is not updated. The Divine Soul has had the same problem for years.
