I was testing out the custom background option, and it seems like the proficiencies and languages I chose did not carry over into my character sheet, though the background feature and personality traits, ideals, flaws and bonds did. I'm not sure if anyone else has experienced this? Is there a way to work around it within the app aside from manually adding proficiencies and making notes about them and my languages?

They will, they just take a while to show up.
