I've been trying to fix this problem for about an hour or so now. I've done some looking around the forums but haven't been able to find a solution to this problem. Basically, I created a homebrew domain which is effectively a Tempest Cleric with a few swapped out Domain Spells. That's all well and good - I figured I had done everything I needed to so I hit save changes and went to go switch my Divine Domain on the character sheet.
Problem is, I hit the drop-down and my homebrew subclass does not show up. Homebrew content is 100% toggled on. In fact, I'm able to use my homebrew race just fine. I also created a homebrew fighter subclass and I was able to use that just fine, but the homebrew Divine Domain still does not work. I'm stumped, any help would be appreciated. I'll try my best to answer any questions as well.
All right, so it was definitely added to my collection. I made sure of it before I made the post but forgot to mention it. After your reply I went to double check and it definitely was still added to my collection. Funny enough, after I went to go see if the subclass still was not showing up, it was suddenly there, and as far as I can tell it's working fine. So I guess it just kinda solved itself.

You have to “add [it] to collection.”

Thank you for your time, my friend.
There is a delay from the homebrewer to the character sheets, up to 20 mins sometimes
