Trying to make feats for dragonmarked races.

I'm trying to make feats for Dragonmarked races but I when I go to put a prerequisite I don't get them as options.

I'm assuming they are planned to be added at some point? If not then why not and if so, any ETA?

The only races that we can use for racial feats are the ones that WotC already used. They typically only add stuff as needed to accommodate official material from WotC. Even if they do plan to add them, they never give ETAs.
