Missing SubClass

I created an Intoximancer Subclass and shared, where it was published and approved. I cannot select it in the character creation though.

I am stumped as to why. I did have to tweak the class features to get it to publish, just don't understand why I cannot select it.

Homebrewed content is enabled.

What class is it for and what level is your character?

11th Level Wizard. I did find that it was available under Arcane Traditions, which is clearly where the 2, 6, 10, and 14th level sub-class features fill in.
