Subscriptions do not unlock content. If you would like to make a Hexblade you either need to purchase the “Full Version” of the book in which it was published, Xanathar’s Guide to Everything, or at least that individual subclass from that book. Both can be done with that link, the individual purchases are listed lower down on the page.
I've got the Master Tier subscription and I'm trying to choose the Hexblade Patron, and it's not even showing up.
Is there something going on?
