When I was making a feat it won’t let me make a modifier every other tab works but that one

Same goes for me, I add resilient feat but didn't add to the modifier

I mean when making a home brew feat it doesn’t let me to add modifiers like a bonus to charisma or proficiency

 First of all, this forum is for issues with the mobile character sheet app and not anything to do with homebrewing. There is an actual homebrew forum more appropriate for questions like this in future.

As to your issue of not seeing an “add modifier” button in the homebrewer, it’s because of the narrow display size of your mobile device. Turn your phone sideways and you will see more.
