I'm DMing a group, and for whatever reason, one of the players has homebrew off but homebrew spells are still filtering in for the character to use. Not sure what is going on there.
it is specifically where a fighter is taking spells from fighting styles.
It is also happening with our death domain cleric who has a random "conjure wisp" homebrew spell that they cannot get rid of.
As for that Death Domain Cleric, whoever homebrewed it probably set it as an “Always Prepared” subclass spell for them. And Fighters don’t get access to any Fighting Styles that grant spells, only Rangers and Paladins do, so that sounds curious.
Are you sure that homebrew has been disabled on their sheets? Check the “Home” tab of the builder for each of them. The toggle next to “Homebrew Content” needs to be off (grey, to the left).
