Though I can add the Double-Bladed Scimitar via an Enhanced Weapon Infusion, it will not allow me to add the Revenant Double-Bladed Scimitar version created for the Revenant Blade feat.
The Revenant Double-Bladed Scimitar needs to be added to the list of allowable weapons for the Enhanced Weapon Infusion.

Technically, there shouldn’t actually be a “Revenant Double-Bladed Scimitar” at all. It was a workaround they did by making a “magic” weapon based on the regular Double Bladed Scimitar the same way a homebrewer might do it. Sine it is technically marked as a “Magic weapon,” it is triggering the block because an Artificer cannot infuse a magic item.
