Hey I accidentally published an item for a homebrew world I'm playing in and I really don't want it out there is there any way possible to remove the item? It's something really only meant for me and i published it awhile ago by accident and since everyone told me theres no way to take it down I gave up, until now which is really my last ditch effort of getting it taken down and I would really appreciate it for any help to get it removed or taken down.

You could potentially “report” your own homebrew for whatever violation or infraction you can stick the most convincing version of your story to, and if the Moderator who pulls that straw agrees with you, then they could “reject” it for you. That is your only true hope. Like, if you can convince them that it was a non-original work that you had created with the intention of keeping it private, but since you accidentally published it, it violates the terms of service or something.
