Try turning Sharon off and then back on. If that doesn’t work, check your entitlements: click on your username in the upper right corner, choose account, then the marketplace tab. If it says you need to sync, do so.
Support, unfortunately, is often behind. Part of that is because some folks submit multiple tickets for the same issue out of impatience, and they have to spend time sorting out what is and isn't duplicates. I haven't seen other reports like this recently--especially not ones that are not resolved by syncing entitlements and/or turning sharing off and then back on again.
What books, specifically, are not sharing for you?

I actually just had to do that because the ticket I created didn't show up in support when I clicked on the link. I don't know if the support ticket exists anymore or in this case, I can't see updates.
Tales for the Yawning Portal doesn't show up for my group.
Thanks for the specifics on which book isn't showing up. I take it the adventure itself isn't viewable under Sources>Tales of the Yawning Portal? Or is your group having problems with magic items or monsters?
One more thing to check (I’m still hoping we can get this sorted for you before support is able to reach out). Presuming you are the DM, go into the campaign, and click on content management near the top of that page. Check the setting for Tales from the Yawning Portal.
Tried a few things today, even though I have an Annual Master plan until the middle of June. I can share no new books. I'm going to try to reduce my campaigns from 3-> 2 and see if that does anything. In theory everything in sync in Entitlement.
Fixed. For multi-adventure books, you can lock each chapter as well as the book. The book was unlocked but the adventure itself was not. Never noticed that before.
I'm only sharing in 2 campaigns, but it seems I can't share new books. Anyone else having this problem? Books I shared before is just fine.

Nope, I think the code is bugged. I did open up a ticket and have heard nothing.

The first is correct. They pick sources>Portal and when they click on a chapter, they are told it's locked.

It's checked.
I really have been sharing for some time for the 2 campaigns that I'm running. Never ran into an issue until Jan 1st.

Thank you for sharing the solution!
